 Loandox does not charge a per loan or per closing fee. However, some of your data and computer services will bill you directly. The majority of our clients intuitively realize this is the case.  

The credit reporting agency, E-sign packets, phone company, email service and other services that you may sign up with directly that are connected through Loandox.
